We welcome all guests to Brean Play, where we’re proud to offer a fun, safe and accessible environment. Learn more about how we’ve made our soft play area disability friendly.
Our play equipment is accessible for a range of disabilities and we’re happy to answer any questions or queries you may have. However, please be aware that our mainframe play area (suitable for 3–11-year-olds) is spread over 4 floors and is not wheelchair accessible.
The seating within the café area is mostly fixed but a wheelchair can be faced up to the table. There are also soft sofa chairs and we’re happy to bring chairs from our additional seating area upstairs.
The seating in the extra seating area upstairs includes loose table and chairs. And there are two sets of stairs to access the first floor, with a refuge area at the top of each stairwell to meet in the event of an evacuation.
Our party rooms and additional seating area are located on the first floor and there is a lift to allow guests in wheelchairs and those with pushchairs to access the first floor.
For customer convenience, there is a unisex disabled toilet both downstairs and upstairs. Families are also catered for with a family room with four baby changing points.
A full café menu and allergen information is available on request.
Our team are happy to help any guests who may need help reading the menu due to any visual impairment.
We have a large car park adjacent to the attraction with marked disabled bays. Please note a car parking fee applies and please also display your blue parking badge.
There is a bus stop at the front entrance of Brean Leisure Park with buses arriving and departing from Burnham On Sea and Weston Super Mare. The bus stops approximately 150m from Brean Play entrance.
There are bike racks available outside the attraction.
