Secure your membership
Just pop by our Unity Play reception and we’ll print off an application for you. Please do bring along a form of identification or supporting document e.g. a utility bill.
Important info
Unity Play memberships are only available to those in permanent residential address and proof of address is required. Each person must be present at time of joining as a photograph will be taken.
Membership does not guarantee entry during busy times and during such times play sessions may be limited to 2 hours.
Memberships may be bought as a gift vouchers – and make the perfect birthday present!
