You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred dates, park, and accommodation site.

Yes – you’re free to choose whichever grade of accommodation suits your budget and style. We offer four different grades of caravan and lodge – Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze – each with different features and finishes.

All our holiday lodges and caravans come with fully equipped kitchens, including all the cookware and serve ware you’ll need to make and enjoy meals with your loved ones.

You do need to bring anything you want to cook or clean with, including tea, coffee, milk, salt & pepper, cooking oil, washing up liquid, tea towels, toothpaste and toiletries. We have handy supermarkets on site at our parks, so if you’ve got enough to worry about with packing all your non-grocery items, you can just pick everything up after you arrive.

Bed linen is provided but not all beds will be made up on arrival, depending on the type of accommodation selected. Towels are only included in lodge accommodation.

Please check your booking confirmation for full details of when you can check in and out. You’ll usually need to check out of your accommodation by 10am.However, if you don’t fancy leaving straight away, you’re welcome to stay and make the most of our holiday parks for the rest of the day. You’ll just need to relocate your car to one of our central car parks.

Even if your accommodation isn’t ready yet, early birds are welcome to arrive anytime from 8am and start making the most of our fantastic facilities. Head to reception, grab your Privilege Passes and head out to enjoy what’s on offer!

Our parks have limited storage so please keep your luggage in the car until your accommodation is ready. You’ll just need to pop back to reception to collect your keys at your specific check-in time.

Our reception hours change seasonally across our parks, but you can arrive up until midnight and a friendly face will be here to check you in. If you’re arriving after 8pm, please let us know ahead of time. And remember to be considerate of your fellow guests when arriving as it may be past their bedtime!

Head to your park’s reception when you arrive, where our team will give you keys, park info, and a friendly welcome. The reception is right at each site’s entrance, so they’re hard to miss.

Not all – but we do offer a range of hot tub lodges across our holiday parks. Be sure to select a hot tub option when booking.

Yes. Hot tubs are exclusively for the use of your lodge and are generally positioned on a private balcony or terrace.

For the benefit of our other guests, we kindly ask you to refrain from using your hot tub before 9am and after 10pm as this may disturb other visitors.

Please do not adjust the controls on your hot tub. During your stay, maintenance staff will check chemical levels up to twice daily from 8am. This may result in the hot tub being out of use for a short period of time whilst the water quality is brought to the correct level.

On your departure day, the hot tub will be emptied from 8am.

Yes! We welcome up to three dog pet units across our caravans, lodges and camping and touring pitches at Unity Holidays. Assistance dogs are always included. Please make sure to select our dog-friendly accommodation when booking your getaway.

We may charge a small fee to allow dogs in our holiday accommodation.

Dogs are welcome in our dog-friendly accommodation, select food venues and across our on-site dog-walking routes. Some areas in our holiday parks are dog-free to give all guests options. Please keep your dog on a lead when out and about.

Yes. We have a range of accessible caravans with ramp access, wet rooms, wider doorways and lower kitchen facilities.

Our accessible holiday accommodation is designed to meet a wide range of needs, but we can’t guarantee every unit is suitable for every specific requirement. Please contact our team to confirm suitability before booking.

Yes! Mobility scooters are allowed across our parks and most fit into our accessible accommodation. We recommend contacting us before your break so we can ensure you’re staying in the most suitable accommodation for your needs.

We also have mobility scooter and wheelchair hire available across select holiday parks.

Yes, our parks offer a range of pitches – with options for tents, caravans and motorhomes.

Absolutely. Dogs are welcome on all touring and camping pitches.

Yes, bed linen is provided for your arrival in all caravans and lodges. Please note that beds may not be made depending on the grade of accommodation. Touring guests will need to bring their own bedding.

Free WIFI is available across all our venues. We also offer 30 minutes of free daily WIFI in our holiday accommodation. If you’d like more, you can pay as you go or purchase daily/weekly passes – whatever suits you best!

Yes – the accommodation across all our holiday parks has allocated parking, usually right outside.
