You’ll also find exclusive male and female changing rooms, plus a sauna and steam room for the perfect wind-down.

Become a member
Anyone can become a member at Unity Gym. We offer short term and annual membership options. Payment is by lump sum, offering the best value or monthly via direct debit under a 12 month contract.
Membership includes:

Brean Gym has a new name!
Formerly known as Brean Gym, Unity Gym is the same great place to get your heart pumping – just with a shiny new name! You’ll still find all the equipment you need to keep up your routine (or start a new one), whether that’s an early-morning sweat or a quick session before dinner.
Same space, same vibe. Just proudly part of the Unity family now!
Unity Gym rules
- Users must be 16 years of age and over.
- All users must complete a consent to exercise form when they join, annually and if anything medically changes.
- Access is by membership or pay as you go only.
- Replacement membership cards are charged at £5 each.
- Suitable clothing must be worn including trainers, tracksuits, shorts.
- Tops/T shirts must be always worn in the gym and around the complex.
- Swim wear must be worn in the sauna and steam rooms.
- Users are to read and adhere to the safe use signage for the sauna and steam rooms.
- Food and alcohol are not allowed to be consumed within the gym floor, changing areas or sauna and steam rooms.
- Machines must be wiped down after use. Users can use their own towel or the paper towel and spray provided by Unity Gym.
- Users are to return all free weights to their stand after use to avoid trip hazards on the gym floor.
- Use the equipment as shown. Clashing or dropping weights, excessive noise and mistreatment of the equipment will not be tolerated.
- No china or glass is allowed with within the complex, including the gym.
- Use the emergency alarm located in the gym, sauna or steam room to raise the alarm or to get immediate attention.
- Store all personal belonging in the lockers provided. The lockers take £1 coins and are refundable.
- Unity Gym cannot be held responsible for items not left in a secured locker.
- Use of mobile phones for telephone calls in the gym is prohibited.
- Use of any mobile device capable of capturing video or photographic images is strictly prohibited in the changing rooms, sauna and steam room.
- Unity Gym reserve the right to exclude any users that they deem not to be adhering to the rules or who by their actions poses a health and safety risk to themselves or others.
