We have a fantastic choice of accommodation across Unity Beach to ensure there’s something to suit every budget and style. Choose from caravans, lodges, touring pitches and more – with options for hot tubs for that added touch of luxury! Explore our accommodation page for more info.

Yes! Dogs are welcome in most public spaces across our park, and we also have a dog-friendly café right here on-site. Dogs are also welcome in the majority of our accommodation for a small fee.

We have accessible accommodation available – just let us know your needs when booking. You can learn more about our accessible accommodation here.

We also have an on-site hire centre where you can hire wheelchairs and mobility scooters, as well as all kinds of bikes and karts. Our on-site minibus and land train are also very handy for getting around the park.

Please check your booking confirmation email for more details of when you can check in. You’ll need to check out of your accommodation by 10am. However, if you don’t fancy leaving straight away, you’re welcome to stay and make the most of the resort for the rest of the day. You’ll just need to relocate your car to one of our central car parks please!

Head straight to Unity Beach Reception – our team will you get settled in.

Free Wi-Fi is available across all our venues. We also offer 30 minutes of free Wi-Fi in your accommodation daily. If you’d like more, you can pay as you go or purchase daily/weekly passes – whatever suits you best!

Bed linen is included across all our accommodation but please note that towels are only included in our lodge accommodation. You’ll also want to pack extra towels if you plan on using Brean Splash!

Please note that, from 2026 onwards, none of our venues will be able take reserve bookings. However, they’re all walk-in friendly so you can simply turn up when you like.

Pool entry is included with your privilege pass when you book directly in one of our on-site caravans or holiday lodges – just bring your swimwear and enjoy! For touring & camping and subletting customers, entry to the pool is half-price if you’ve purchased privilege passes during your stay.

Yes – you’ll find both cash machines and a supermarket right on the park for convenience.

Recycling and waste points are dotted around the park and clearly signposted.
