1. The Promoter

1.1 The Promoter is Unity Holidays, Brean Sands, Somerset, TA8 2QY (“the Promoter”).

2. The Promotion

2.1 The offer entitles each booking party to a £100 food & drink voucher when they book a holiday to take place between 3rd July and 28th September 2026, at any Unity Holidays park: Unity Beach, Skirlington Coast or Seven Lakes.

2.2 The voucher may be spent across any food and drink venues within the holiday park during their holiday stay (excludes grocery stores).

2.3 One voucher per booking party, per holiday.

2.4 To claim, offer code UNITY100 must be entered at checkout on unityholidays.co.uk. The code may not be applied retrospectively after booking, nor applied to any existing summer holiday breaks booked.

2.5 Guests are welcome to book a second summer holiday to take place during the promotional period, and use the code a second time, entitling them to a food & drink voucher during their second summer stay, if wished.

2.6 The voucher is non-transferable and there is no monetary equivalent.

3. General

3.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend this Promotion and these Terms without notice in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation.

3.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

3.3 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

4. Unity Holidays Voucher Terms & Conditions of use

4.1. Where Vouchers Can Be Used

– Unity Holiday Vouchers can be exchanged for goods at Unity holiday park in the

Bars and restaurants, which are owned by Unity Holidays.

4.2. Restrictions on Use

– Vouchers cannot be used for Cash Bingo.

– Vouchers cannot be used to pay site fees. Other exclusions may apply

in exceptional cases.

– Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, either wholly or partially.

Vouchers can not be used in the supermarket

4. 3. Redemption Rules

– If the total value of purchased goods is less than the value of the voucher,

no change will be given.

– You must show your passes for identification when redeeming vouchers.

– Vouchers cannot be redeemed over the telephone.

– Replacement vouchers will not be issued.

– Vouchers are void if the serial number or QR code is damaged or removed.

4.4. Returns

– If goods purchased with a voucher are returned, an alternative item will be offered

instead of a cash refund.

4.5. Validity

– Vouchers must be used within one month of issue.
