Accessiblity

Our caravans are suited for a range of general disabilities and are provided direct from the manufacturer. They are not classified to meet specific grades of disabilities so please ensure you have checked the suitability of the accommodation for your disability.

We appreciate that there are many different types of disabilities and where possible have endeavoured to ensure that our facilities are accessible for guests with a range of disabilities. All our employees receive basic training to help ensure all guests have a great stay with us.

Our friendly team members are trained in autism and dementia awareness.

Food allergens

In each eatery we have an allergen folder for our menus. If you have an allergy, please ask a team member for the allergen folder to review before placing your order.

Accessible touring field pitches are all located on flat ground in specific fields and will be allocated by the Warden on arrival. Guests bringing their own motorhome/ tent/ tourer can find disabled toilet and shower facilities in Accessible areas.

All disabled facilities are accessed via the use of a radar key. If you do not have a radar key, one can be rented from the warden. Please request at the time of booking if you require to be near the toilet block as there are only a limited number of nearby pitches.

When booking, please select our disabled accommodation suitable for guests with a range of disabilities. These have ramped access with wider doors to accommodate a standard wheelchair and lower kitchen counters and wet room.

Please check the specifications to ensure that they are suited to your needs before booking and note that hoists are not provided – only 1 x portable handle aid (max weight 125kg).

Car parking is possible next to either your caravan or touring pitch.
