Before You Arrive

Included in your holiday home you’ll find all the cookware and serve ware you’ll need to make and enjoy meals with your loved ones.

You’ll need to bring anything you want to cook or clean with, which includes tea, coffee, milk, salt and pepper, cooking oil, washing up liquid / sponges, tea towels, toothpaste and toiletries.

We do have a handy supermarket on-site at most of our parks though, so if you’ve got enough to worry about with packing all your non-grocery items, you can just pick everything up after you arrive.

Towels are only included in lodge accommodation.

For parks with swimming facilities, you’ll want to make sure you’ve packed your swimsuits and extra towels!

Many guests like to get glammed out for our big evenings of entertainment, so if you like, bring your glad rags and your dancing shoes.

If you’re travelling with young children, it’s a good idea to bring highchairs and travel cots.

All our restaurants across our parks with Unity Holidays welcome children, with highchairs and dedicated children’s menus.

You’ll find plenty of baby changing facilities around our parks, and nappies are available at our on-site supermarkets.

Check-in times can vary depending on your park and accommodation type, so please refer to your booking confirmation email for details.

Even if your accommodation isn’t ready yet, you’re welcome to arrive at our resorts anytime from 8am and start making the most of our fab facilities! Head to the park reception, grab your Privilege Passes and take in everything the park has to offer.

Our parks have limited storage so please keep your luggage in the car until your accommodation is ready. You’ll just need to pop back to reception to collect your keys at your specific check-in time.

Our reception hours change seasonally but you can arrive up until midnight and a friendly face will be at your park’s reception to check you in. If you’re arriving after 8pm, please let us know ahead of time, and be considerate of your fellow guests when arriving as it may be past their bedtime!

We offer 30 minutes of free Wi-Fi in your accommodation daily. If you’d like more, you can pay as you go or purchase daily/weekly passes – whatever suits you best!

You can also enjoy free Wi-Fi in select venues across our parks.

Smoking/vaping is not permitted in any of our facilities or accommodation. Please dispose of cigarette materials in the correctly marked bins.

All our holiday parks are pet-friendly and dogs are more than welcome. Please make sure you’ve selected dog-friendly accommodation when making your booking – if not, please let us know.

You’ll need to check out of your accommodation by 10am. However, if you don’t fancy leaving straight away, you’re welcome to stay and make the most of our resorts for the rest of the day – you’ll just need to relocate your car to one of our central car parks.
