Waterpark Rules

Policy applicable during all session types, except Family Sessions where the policy ratio is relaxed to allow for 1 adult: 2 children (under the age of 8 years).

Children Under 8 years old must be supervised by an adult everywhere in the waterpark.

The minimum age that a child can come into the waterpark unaccompanied is 12 years old.

As long as there is an adult (16+) in the waterpark premises who is directly responsible for them, children of that party aged 8-11 may use the slides at the waterpark as long as they are accompanied by at least one adult around the waterpark.

All non swimmers must wear arm bands or buoyancy aids.

No refund will be provided if admission is refused due to an insufficient adult to child ratio.

We cannot take any responsibility for unsupervised young people.

By accepting and continuing to book, you confirm you have read and agree to the Under 8’s Policy in place here at Unity Splash Waterpark, and forfeit your entry if you do not meet the required adult-to-child ratio.

1. No running.
2. No pushing.
3. No diving.
4. No bombing.
5. Do not leave children unattended at any time.
6. No face masks, snorkels or flippers. Face masks are described as covering the eyes and nose.
7. No sitting on shoulders.
8. No acrobatics or gymnastics in or above the water or on poolside.
9. No excessive splashing or impeding other swimmers, especially younger swimmers.
10. No excessively boisterous, disorderly or undesirable behaviour.
11. No outdoor shoes in the pool halls.
12. Shower and use the toilets before entering the pool.
13. Babies must wear swim nappies and retaining pants or costume.
14. No food or drink items to be brought into the complex.
15. NO GLASS to be brought into the complex.
16. No smoking or vaping.
17. STRICTLY NO mobile devices are permitted in the changing rooms and guests are asked to limit the taking of photographs and videos to their family group. Guests may be asked to stop taking photos or video if other guests raise concerns.

18. Secure personal belongings in the lockers provided.
19. No changing on poolside.
20. Do not attend the waterpark if you have been suffering from sickness or diarrhoea within the previous 14 days.
