What we offer

With ten lakes to explore, Seven Lakes is a dream for anglers of all levels. From beginners to seasoned pros, there’s a spot for everyone – and a new challenge each time you cast your line.

For something truly special, you could even try heading out by boat and attempt to land a really big specimen on our expansive Clearwater Lake.

Species to discover

The lakes are stocked with a wide variety of freshwater species. Carp up to 40lbs, pike reaching 28lbs, even the occasional catfish mean there’s always the chance of a big story to tell.

Meanwhile, lakes like Fir Trees are perfect for catching bream, roach, rudd and perch – ideal for young anglers and those honing their skills.

Nature at the heart

Fishing at Seven Lakes is all about balance with the environment. We focus on natural growth rather than overstocking – ensuring healthy waters, thriving fish and an authentic angling experience.

It’s fishing as nature intended.

Water sports on Clearwater Lake

While our smaller lakes are reserved exclusively for fishing, our largest lake – the 40-acre Clearwater – is a haven for water sports.

Owners can enjoy everything from the thrill of jet skiing and wakeboarding to the calm of paddleboarding, kayaking or sailing. Whether it’s cruising at full throttle or simply drifting with the breeze, we have plenty of ways to make a splash.

Jet ski adventures

Take on our professionally designed jet ski course and get your RYA certificate or enjoy a range of family-favourite towables, like ringos and banana rides.

Membership to the Seven Lakes Jet Ski Club is available exclusively for Owners, giving you access to safe, structured fun on the water. While all jet ski pilots must hold the RYA certificate of competence, we do have our very own lake warden and rules developed to keep everyone safe.

Non-motorised craft

If it’s a steadier time you’re after, grab a kayak, canoe or paddleboard and explore the lake at your own leisure.

For the boating enthusiasts, launch your sailing dinghy or sailboard to practice your sailing and windsurfing skills ready for the Seven Lakes Sailing Regatta in the summer!
