Putting Owners first 

Owners who choose Priority Letting will have their homes at Seven Lakes let first before fleet accommodation in the same grade.

To qualify for the service, we ask that you sublet your holiday home through Unity for a minimum of 10 weeks (20 breaks) of the season – of which 5 weeks (10 breaks) need to be peak dates. (See the sign-up form for more details.)

Priority Letting advantages

Guests who book a stay in a Priority Lettings holiday home through Unity Holidays are entitled to discounted holiday passes – helping your holiday home stand out from the rest!

A commission of 19% + VAT will be deducted per booking from the net price paid for the accommodation element of the booking.

Getting started is simple

1. Choose your dates

For Priority Letting you will need to let for a minimum of 20 breaks in the season, 10 breaks of which must be in peak times. Then choose all the dates you want for yourself over the course of the season, and we’ll set them aside for you. Hands off, holidaymakers!

2. Complete the application form

Once we receive your application form, we’ll support you every step of the way:

  • Contact you to further discuss how we can help you let easily, whether you have chosen Priority Letting or our standard letting process for your holiday home.
  • Inspect your holiday home and advise you about grading and inventory.
  • Let you know if any work is needed to get it ‘ready to let’ alongside our fleet of holiday accommodation. If so, we can advise you about what’s involved and organise it for you.
  • Your holiday home can then be added to our holiday booking system, with details of your Owner dates. You will then benefit from our extensive holiday marketing activity.
  • Carry out a last check one week before lettings start, to make sure everything is just so.

3. One last check… and launch!

Once we’ve processed your details, we’ll reconfirm your dates with you. This is your chance to make sure you’re 100% happy – then we’ll get straight onto the important business of getting your home let out for you.

Letting FAQs

Everything’s taken care of

For extra peace of mind, when you sign up to Your Lettings you get Your Cover included, designed to cover most mishaps caused by letting guests throughout the year. Worth £199 per year, you get cover for minor repairs and inventory up to £50* per incident whilst you let through us – giving you less to worry about.

Your Holiday Home Insurance

To let out your holiday home through Unity Holidays, you must have holiday home insurance that covers letting. You can insure through Gallaghers, or another provider of your choice that meets these requirements. Please ensure we have a copy for our files.

Choosing a Holiday Home

What to look for

A Unity holiday home lets you take breaks at your leisure – but choosing your caravan can be a big decision!

*You must sign up to Your Lettings and commit to 20 bookings, 10 of which must be at peak times, to qualify for the £400 sign up bonus. Unity Holidays reserves the right to remove this offer at any time.

†This amount is based on a total of 34 confirmed breaks during the season, consisting of: 17 Peak Season Breaks, and 17 Off-Peak Season Breaks. This calculation is based on a 3-bedroom Platinum grade unit that meets the Operator’s specification and presentation standards. Earnings may vary for caravans of different grades, layouts, or conditions, in line with the Operator’s rate structure for the relevant year.
