Tucked beside Primrose Field and shaded by willow trees, our fishing lake is a peaceful spot to enjoy the day – whether you’re an experienced angler or just looking for somewhere tranquil to relax.

- An NRA Environmental License is required for all anglers
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult
- No ground bait or keep nets allowed
- The pond is unfenced with open ditches nearby – please supervise children at all times
- No boating allowed
- Please follow all pond signs and report catches to your field warden
For the angler
Our lake is well stocked with tench, roach, bream and carp – including the legendary 22lb carp that’s been known to give the anglers of Unity Beach a real challenge!
With plenty of lily pads, shady spots and hidden corners, there’s always a new place to cast your line.
If you do fancy your chances at catching our notorious carp, be warned – it could prove more than a day’s work!
