1. The Promoter

1.1 The promoter is Unity Holidays, Brean Sands, Somerset, TA8 2QY (“the Promoter”).

2. The Prize Draw

2.1 The title of the prize draw is “Win a Holiday Home for a Whole Year” (the “Prize Draw”).

2.2 No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2.3 To enter, participants must submit their details via the official entry form at https://unityholidays.co.uk/win-a-holiday-home/.

2.4 Participants are invited to share the Prize Draw with others after they have entered. For every person who enters the Prize Draw via the unique link shared by an existing participant, the original participant will receive one additional entry into the prize draw.

2.5 There is no limit on the number of additional entries a participant may earn through valid referrals, subject to clause 8 (Fair Play).

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man) aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

3.2 The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Unity Holidays, their immediate families, anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion (including agencies acting on the Promoter’s behalf), or anyone otherwise connected with the Competition.

3.3 Only one entry per person, per email address is permitted as a base entry. Additional entries may be earned through valid referrals as set out in clause 2.4.

3.4 The winner may be required to provide proof of a permanent main residence in the United Kingdom.

4. The Prize

4.1 The grand prize is the use of a brand-new ABI St David caravan for one year (within the park opening season), commencing late summer 2026, at one of the following Unity Holidays parks, chosen by the winner subject to availability:

(a) Unity Beach (Brean Sands, Somerset);

(b) Skirlington Coast (East Yorkshire);

(c) Seven Lakes (Lincolnshire).

The winner must confirm their choice of park within 14 days of being notified. Park availability is subject to confirmation at the time of selection. In the event the winner’s chosen park is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer one of the alternative parks listed above, or to substitute with an equivalent holiday home at another Unity Holidays park.

4.2 The grand prize also includes:

(a) £3,000 to spend across the chosen Unity Holidays park during the prize period. The £3,000 may be spent across all food and drink outlets at the chosen park (excluding any on-site supermarket) and on bookable activities at the chosen park. The £3,000 is only redeemable at the park where the prize is sited and cannot be transferred or split between parks. The £3,000 must be used within the prize period; any unspent balance will be forfeited and is not redeemable for cash.

(b) All running costs for the holiday home during the prize period, including site fees, gas, electricity, water rates, and Wi-Fi, within fair and reasonable use. The Promoter reserves the right to recoup costs from the winner for usage substantially in excess of typical domestic levels.

4.3 The grand prize ABI St David caravan may be used as holiday accommodation only. It must not be used as a primary residence.

4.4 Use of the holiday home is further subject to:

(a) The Promoter’s standard park rules and code of conduct;

(b) The winner signing a Pitch Licence Agreement before taking up the prize, setting out the detailed terms of occupancy;

(c) The winner being responsible for any damage to the caravan or its contents beyond fair wear and tear;

(d) Continued use of the caravan is subject to monthly inspections of its condition by Unity Holidays. The winner must allow reasonable access for such inspections;

(e) Park facilities and the holiday season vary; the 12-month prize period may include seasonal closure times during which access to the caravan and park facilities is restricted.

4.5 At the end of the 12-month prize period, the caravan reverts to Unity Holidays. The winner does not acquire ownership of the holiday home. The winner must return the caravan in good condition, subject to fair wear and tear, with all inventory items in situ and accounted for.

4.6 Use of the holiday home is further subject to:

(a) The Promoter’s standard park rules and code of conduct at the chosen park;

(b) The winner signing a Pitch Licence Agreement before taking up the prize, setting out the detailed terms of occupancy at the chosen park;

(c) The winner being responsible for any damage to the caravan or its contents beyond fair wear and tear;

(d) Continued use of the caravan being subject to monthly inspections by Unity Holidays. The winner must allow reasonable access for such inspections;

(e) Park facilities and the holiday season varying by location. The 12-month prize period may include seasonal closure times during which access to the caravan and park facilities is restricted. Specific opening dates and facilities vary between parks and will be confirmed with the winner upon selection of their preferred park.

4.7 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.

4.8 Runner-up prizes. Ten (10) runners-up will each receive a 7-night Bronze caravan holiday at a Unity Holidays park of their choice, during off-peak times. Specifically:

(a) Off-peak periods are defined as outside school holidays and Bank Holiday weekends;

(b) The runner-up holiday must be taken within 12 months of the draw date;

(c) The holiday is in a standard Bronze caravan, sleeping up to 6 guests, subject to availability;

(d) Runners-up may select their preferred park from: Unity Beach (Somerset), Skirlington Coast (East Yorkshire), or Seven Lakes (Lincolnshire), subject to availability;

(e) Travel to and from the chosen park is not included;

(f) Food, drink, and bookable activities are not included unless specified at the time of booking;

(g) Bookings are subject to availability and must be made via the Promoter’s reservations team.

4.9 The total prize value is calculated by reference to the average cost of hire of an equivalent holiday home over the prize period and is approximate.

4.10 The winner is responsible for any personal tax liability that may arise from receiving the prize. The Promoter recommends the winner seek independent tax advice if uncertain.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

5.1 The grand prize winner and the 10 runners-up will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date, using a verifiable random selection process.

5.2 The closing date for entries is 11:59pm on 26th July 2026.

5.3 The grand prize winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 14 days of the closing date. If the grand prize winner does not respond within 14 days of the first notification attempt, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

5.4 Runners-up will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. The same redraw provisions apply.

5.5 In line with the CAP Code, the Promoter will either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. The surname and county of the grand prize winner will be made available to anyone who writes to the Promoter within one month of the closing date. If the winner objects to their surname and county being made available, they should contact the Promoter; in such circumstances the Promoter will still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

5.6 The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity in connection with the prize, including photography and the use of their name, county, and likeness in Unity Holidays’ marketing materials. If the winner does not wish to take part in publicity, they should notify the Promoter; this will not affect their entitlement to the prize.

6. Data Protection

6.1 By entering, participants agree that the personal information they provide may be held and used by Unity Holidays to administer the Prize Draw and notify the winner.

6.2 If participants have opted in to marketing communications, their data will be used in accordance with Unity Holidays’ Privacy Policy, available at https://unityholidays.co.uk/privacy-policy. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Prize Draw on or acceptance of the prize, except where such loss is caused by the Promoter’s negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.

7.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failure, malfunction of any telephone network, computer online system, server, software, hardware or any combination thereof that may prevent or hinder a participant from entering the Prize Draw.

7.3 Extra entries gained via sharing are recorded by third-party tracking software. While the Promoter will take all reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, the Promoter accepts no liability for technical failures, network disruptions, or software errors that prevent an entry from being registered, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence.

8. Fair Play & Disqualification

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant that appears to be fraudulent, automated, or in breach of these terms. This includes, but is not limited to:

(a) Self-referrals (entering using one’s own referral link);

(b) Duplicate entries using multiple email addresses by the same person;

(c) Entries generated by bots, scripts, or any automated means;

(d) Use of false or stolen identities;

(e) Any attempt to manipulate the entry or referral mechanism.

8.2 The Promoter’s decision in such matters is final.

9. General

9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw and these Terms without notice in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation.

9.2 Entry into the Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

9.3 The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Prize Draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from or connected to the Prize Draw are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9.5 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

9.6 These Terms were updated on 5th June 2026 to expand the choice of park location for both the grand prize and runner-up prizes. The original Terms named Unity Beach (Somerset) as the prize location. The updated Terms allow the winner and runners-up to choose their preferred park from Unity Beach (Somerset), Skirlington Coast (East Yorkshire), or Seven Lakes (Lincolnshire), subject to availability. The change reflects an enhancement of the prize and does not reduce any benefit available to entrants. All entries received before and after this update remain valid.
