Our already brilliant waterpark is now bigger and better than ever! On top of our indoor pool with splash zone and slides, we’ve made Outdoor Splash amazing with a lido, cabanas and more.
Whatever the weather, you can enjoy a relaxing swim, interactive splashy play or try our thrilling water slides!

Outdoor Splash & Lido is open to holidaymakers & Owners only before 1pm – no need to book, first come first served.
From 1pm, members of the public may use the Outdoor Splash facilities, capacity permitting. Tickets may be purchased at the Snack Shack.
Indoor Splash
Our indoor pool and splash zone is open all year round and has something for everyone, from a 25m leisure pool to interactive splashy fun!
For older children and teens, our two lager indoor waterslides rainbow rings and waterslides are not to be missed. Or if you’re looking for more space to practice your front crawl, our six-lane swimming pool is the perfect spot to put in some laps.

Outdoor Splash
Outdoor Splash has just undergone an exciting refurbishment and is now open for Summer 2026!
Whether you like to relax, enjoy some splashy fun or hit up our three thrilling waterslides, you can spend the perfect time at Outdoor Splash. Little ones will love our shallow interactive splash park, and there’s a sun lounger with your name on it!
We’re proud to now add a beautiful new outdoor lido surrounded by loungers and luxury bookable cabanas – and a Snack Shack for cold drinks and an al fresco bite to eat.
Make a break of it!
When you book a break direct at Unity Beach, you get free entry to Unity Splash (Indoor Pool/Splash Zone and Outdoor Splash Park and lido) every day of your stay. Just a stroll from sandy Brean Beach with tonnes of brilliant activities to try – plus all your entertainment included, it’s a proper British seaside holiday!

Are you a regular lane swimmer? Why not purchase a lane swim pass that is valid for use over 12 months during our designated lane session.
Payment is by lump sum only and is £150 per person. The pass is available for those 16 years+ and includes a car parking pass.

Looking for Brean Splash Waterpark? Don’t worry – it hasn’t gone anywhere, it’s simply had a refresh!
Now known as Unity Splash, this is still your go-to spot for splashy fun and unforgettable holiday moments. Same pools, same excitement. Just a new name, and a new place in the Unity family.

Supporting our guests with hidden disabilities
Some disabilities aren’t visible, and sharing is always your choice. If you let our team or lifeguards know, it helps us support you better during your visit. We also use communication cards for guests who find it difficult to communicate verbally. These are kept on lanyards at all lifeguard positions and help our team understand your needs quickly and clearly.
You don’t need to share details — even a quick heads-up helps us:
