Redeveloped for 2026 and now open for summer!
The outdoor sections of Unity Splash are open every summer, giving holidaymakers and Owners complimentary access to our outdoors splash zone, three big waterslides and our beautiful brand-new Lido with cabanas and sun loungers.

Our beautiful new outdoor pool is the place to be on a sunny day – there’s nothing quite like swimming in the fresh air, especially when there’s no stones, sand or seaweed to worry about!
When you’re not taking the plunge you can get settled on a sun lounger with something to read – and perhaps a nice treat from the Snack Shack.
NEW! Cabanas
Take your Outdoor Splash experience up a notch by booking one of our fantastic new cabanas down by the new Lido!
For £65 you can enjoy your own private area complete with loungers and shade (should you wish!) plus a fridge that comes stocked with:
- 2 Madri lagers
- 2 mini prosecco’s
- 4 Robinson’s Fruit Shoots
- 4 fizzy cans
- 4 bottles of water
- 4 bags of crisps!

Seaside pool
The Seaside Pool splash zone is the perfect paddle-depth and filled with mini slides, tipping buckets, and all sorts of interactive fun to give little ones a splash and a soak! There are sun loungers alongside it so you can put your feet up if you’re not ‘on duty’.
Our seaside pool is for children aged from 1 to 7 years with adult supervision, or from 8-12 without adult supervision. It is not intended for kids aged 13 and above.
Outdoor Splash slides
We have three fantastic outdoor waterslides. Grab an inflatable ring to sail down the River Ride, snake around all the loops and bends on the Serpentines, or feel the thrill of speed on the Turbo Drop.
Our outdoor waterslides are suitable for those aged 8 and 1.2 metres high and upwards. Max weight 18 stone.*
How does it work?
No need to book for Outdoor Splash, holidaymakers and Owners can just turn up – first come, first served.
Members of the public are welcome to use the Outdoor Splash facilities from 1pm, subject to capacity. Tickets can be bought from the Snack Shack.
Keeping you safe
All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the waterpark.
If there is an adult (16+) in the Outdoor Splash premises who is directly responsible for them, children of that party aged 8-11 may use the slides at the waterpark, as long as they are accompanied by at least one adult.

Easily accessible
Our Outdoor Splash zone and waterpark is situated on one level, and all areas are accessible for guests in a wheelchair.
*Lifeguards’ instructions must be followed. Exit slide entry points quickly. Please note that all riders use the slides at their own risk. Please ring before you visit to check the operation for the day on 01278 752113.
