T&C’s*Unity Holidays Overview Terms & Conditions(No Site Fees Until 2030 Campaign)**
1. Finance ExampleBased on a minimum deposit, Unity Holidays is not the lender. Finance T&C’s apply and deposit amounts may vary dependant on lender. All prices include VAT. £399 lowest cost based on a pre-owned bronze graded caravan.
2. Overview of the PromotionThe “No Site Fees Until 2030” promotion (the Promotion) is offered by Unity Holidays to eligible holiday home purchasers. Participation is conditional upon enrolment in Unity Holidays’ Auto-Enrolment Letting Scheme and compliance with these overview Terms & Conditions.
3. EligibilityThe Promotion applies only to brand new holiday homes or holiday homes no more than 2 years old at the time of purchase.Available to new customers and existing Unity Holidays owners purchasing an eligible holiday home. Applies only to selected holiday homes identified by the Unity Holidays sales team. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless specifically stated.
4. No Site Fees Until 2030Site fees will be covered by Unity Holidays up to and including the 2029 season. This benefit is funded through the Auto-Enrolment Letting Scheme. Owners remain responsible for all other costs, including utilities, insurance, safety checks, and maintenance.
5. Auto-Enrolment Letting Scheme (Mandatory for 3 Years)We will include year 1 site fees with the purchase of the unit. Customer must join the Unity Sales Guaranteed Letting Scheme for the first year (GLA). Owners are automatically enrolled into the Letting Scheme for years 2 and 3. Owners must provide agreed key letting dates annually. If agreed dates are cancelled, altered, or withdrawn, Unity Holidays may: Charge the Owner for the difference between the guaranteed income and the actual amount generated. This charge will be added to the Owners account.
6. Guaranteed Letting AgreementGuaranteed income applies only to the agreed dates between the Owner and Unity Holidays. Full schedules, income levels, and requirements are outlined in the Letting Agreement.
7. Early WithdrawalIf the Owner exits the Letting Scheme before completing the 3-year term:Promotional benefits (including site fee cover and deposit contributions) may be withdrawn.The Owner may be required to repay received benefits.Standard site fees will apply immediately.
8. Finance DefaultsIf the Owner defaults on any finance payments relating to the holiday home purchase:
Unity Holidays may recoup any outstanding costs from the sale of the holiday home before any funds are returned to the Owner. This includes—but is not limited to—outstanding finance balances, charges, associated costs, and any reclaimed promotional benefits. Any remaining funds after deductions will then be returned to the Owner.
9. General TermsAll promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Unity Holidays may amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Owners must review and accept all contractual documents, including the Letting Agreement, Pitch Licence Agreement, and Park Rules.
